Final Assembly Workshop
Final production stage where the blade, spring, housing, hook, and locking structure are assembled into the completed steel tape measure.
01
Incoming Material Control
- Inspect spring steel, hooks, plastic components, and packaging materials before production release
- Confirm basic appearance and dimensional consistency of incoming parts
02
In-Process Quality Checks
- Check blade printing clarity and graduation readability during production
- Inspect hook fastening, lock function, and rewind performance by batch
03
Measurement Accuracy Control
- Compare tested tapes against reference standards under controlled tension
- Inspect zero point, full length, and key meter points based on product type
- Support quality inspection aligned with common Class I and Class II requirements when applicable
04
Mechanical And Durability Testing
- Perform tensile and bending checks for blade deformation resistance
- Run rewind cycle checks for spring stability and blade wear
- Arrange corrosion-related checks for coated or stainless models when required
05
Final Decision And Shipment Release
- Record inspection results in internal QC sheets
- Release only qualified products and isolate non-conforming items for rework or rejection
Accuracy & Durability Positioning
Accuracy checks are arranged against reference standards with project-based inspection density. Durability checks cover blade strength, bending, rewind cycles, and corrosion-related verification for coated or stainless models where required.
Our QC positioning is full-process control from incoming inspection to shipment release, with project-based inspection depth according to product and market requirements.
Audit & Compliance Communication
We provide audit cooperation and maintain compliance-oriented manufacturing communication for project review.
Certification and audit documents are handled as documentation available on request.
