Blade Graduation Options
The blade can be produced with different graduation layouts for different market preferences, including metric-only, metric-inch, continuous numbering, and selected market-specific scale styles. Common width options shown include 6mm, 13mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, and 25mm, with matching length ranges from 1m to 10m depending on product type.

Hook And Strap Options
Different hook structures and wrist strap options can be matched to product positioning, handling preference, and market demand. The reference sheet shows multiple hook series and strap material combinations, including PVC, ABS, nylon, and selected stainless-steel related configurations for practical OEM selection.

Case Color Options
Standard OEM housing color options currently include white, yellow, green, blue, black, and selected two-color combinations such as blue and white. Color selection is usually matched to customer branding direction and MOQ level.

OEM Threshold And Project Fit
- Logo and packaging customization can usually start from lower MOQ projects using existing molds.
- Color customization and accessory changes usually require higher MOQ than simple logo projects.
- Structural adjustments, new functions, or new mold development require higher MOQ, project review, and extended lead time.
- Bulk lead time is normally confirmed after sample approval and depends on project complexity, order volume, and season.

- Stock or Ready Models: 3 to 7 days (Project-based)
- Light Customization: 15 to 25 days (500 to 1,000 pcs)
- Deep Customization: 25 to 40 days (3,000 to 5,000 pcs)
- ODM / New Mold Development: 45 to 60 days or longer (Project review required)
Lead time and capacity are positioned as responsive scheduling capability, with final confirmation based on project scope and production season.
